Just poor service i expected more....

HI <br> As per my incident report i use gautrain everyday from centurion to sunning-hill. Gautrain Charged me R100.00 parking fee and i did make use of the bus ,i made use of the train service and i did register my card in centurion the glass gates opened like normal.the next day R100.00 was taken off my account i reported this on the 13th im still awaiting feedback as i explained i budgeted this.<br> i was falsely accused by their staff and threatened with a penalty of R700..for not clocking out,!! I have been using gautrain for almost 2 years now without a single incident..Wow that loyalty...And you treat me like this ???<br> anyways here is the number of my card you guys are looking for *** .<br> if your help desk is so help full they would have seen that i scanned this in when i lodged my complaint or #43778 query at that time.that was the 13th of February already. Still not resolved .... Very HELP FULL I MUST SAY..<br> YOU GUYS ARE REALLY GOING THAT EXTRA MILE TO INCONVENIENCE ALL.<br> THANKS
