Inconvenience by Gautrain

I attempted to purchase a weekly product as I normally do to prep for the upcoming week and sadly the money was deducted from my account but my Gautrain card was never credited. Upon following up I was then advised to apply for a refund which btw takes 14 days.

Ultimately I had to buy the same thing twice in order for me to get to work the next week.

My money’s still not refunded

This has been a major inconvenience, and I’m really disappointed.
