inconsiderate and inconvenient customer service ever

i don't even know where to begin with my putting my frustration to paper. the most inconsiderate and inconvenient customer service ever. loaded my travel card with R410. site advised i can use the card in 30min, i tried 24 hrs later and it was not working, called in to get assistance , this was on Thursday i was promised a call to check id i got the card to work, today it is Monday and now i got an email to tell me that i will get my money in 14 working days. what miust i do in the mean time, load another card as Gautrian cannot treats its customers well.? iam disgusted at their service.
