<p>I have been waiting for 3 months for a refund that was supposed to have been receieved in 7 days after completing the refund form and suplying the required documentation. I am tired of phoning and e-mailing these *********** people. No one seems to know what they are doing. They have balatantly ****** my money for a week pass that i did not even use due my card getting lost/******. They have zero idea about customer service. I followed their process and was assured of my refund. At some point i was told by a staff member that my refund had been approved but the Finance Manger was waiting for i dont know. Perhaps the turn of another century. Up untill today i have not heard from any of them. I cannot keep running up my cell phone bill trying to seek answers. Gautrain Finance and Refunds department need to be s****ped. Hire competent staff please. </p>
