I'm so disappointed with the gautrain service.

I had mistakenly left my handbag on and I immediately reported the incident at the station, I was told I will get a call from them and it's been a month now not hearing from them. When I try to call no one answers. I just don't how it is not found yet they have securities who walk up and down the train.
