i want my money

im very disappointed with the gautrain parkstation staff , yersteday i went to a machine and buy a gold card then i deposited my 200 notes inside the machine then it didnt give the card and the change that was suppose to get and i had to pay another 126 to get a new card and was given a refund application form to complete and was told they will refund me after they have catch up...my problem is what if that was my last money i used and i didn't have extra cash was i suppose to wait for 24 hours to get my money even now they haven't called me yet please guys i want my 200 this all happend at the gautrain in park station..name sello litsoane
