I need a refund

I went to the lady by the tellers window after departing from a train from Midrand, and asked her if I could get a refund on my Weekly ticket I bought in the same morning of 30/11/2015, the reason I stated was that I went for the class in midrand but to my surprise I was booked on a level 2 training and I told them I can't do level 2 if I did not do level 1, so they told me I must book next year March 2016,but when u asked that lady she was performing towards me and was not helping at all,and my question is do you treat your customers like dirt all the time,she wanted a letter from the training school I mean really am I a child, or do I look like a ****? I mean I have the ticket slep to prove my purchase, C'mon Gautrain people refund me back my money
