I could have lost my child... but that doesn't seem to matter with your company.

<p>I am dearly disappointed and upset at the rate that things are the midrand gautrain station. I'm 6 months pregnant and Cause of the lack of service at your station it could have cost me my unborn child. Its the second time that I sleep on juice / yoghurt at your midrand station just after tagging in and heading to the board the train. Bare in mind I don't rush nor rush ever. And your security guards try help me up and make it seem like I didn't look where I wad walking when in actual fact they saw the spill long ago and didn't bother getting the cleaning stuff to sort it out. This could have disabled not only me but several people and no manager is there when such things happen. When it first happened it was spilt juice which then led me to severely bleed for the longest time and it wasin August 2016. This has created severe complications in my pregnancy that affect only me physically, emotionally, financially and health wise and the station still continues. I might not matter to you as you are major cooperation but I am going to let anyone who is willing to listen know how much paying lots of money for service excellence and world class treatment at the gautrain ends just after I have tagged into your station. Today I fell over yoghurt which u can see has been spilled there and no does something about it until I become the casualty again. And by the way no management again.I was helped up by a commuter whilst the guard walkie away saying he is going to get someone to clean it up. Unfairly treated and very unhappy.
