How Gautrain stole my money!!

After the launch of their new online services. I was disappointed to find out that the system isn't as efficient or effective as promised. On March 5th I loaded my Gautrain gold card online with the amount of R1 500. Gautrain deducted the money from my bank instantly, but the money did not reflect on my gold card, even after the 30 minutes waiting period... I have been in contact with Gautrain for the past 2 weeks, via emails and endless phone calls with the call agents. No one has been able to assist me with getting my money back! I have logged countless claims with them. And still no response or assistance from Gautrain. This is the money I needed to be using as my monthly travel expense. But I am unable to, I am left to go over my set budget and make other means for transportation to work. All I want is to please get back my money from Gautrain!! I have followed all their process in this regard! But they have not even had the decency to apologize for this inconvenience. I wouldnt advise anyone to use their online services!!
