Horrible service got to work so late!

On Wednesday the 17th of June there was no train service from Sandton to Rosebank station, so they made us get off the train and take a bus to the next station, this happened during peak time 16:30-18:00 when the traffic to Rosebank was absolutely horrible. They did not communicate properly so I first stayed in the train thinking it was going to Park when it actually was going back to Hatfield. So I had to get off at Marlboro and take a train back to Sandton. Today, Thursday the 18th ! Another problem! I have been sitting in this train since 7 o clock, it is now 8:23, we have been stopping every ten minutes and travelling at 30 km/h because they are having signal problems! This is absolutely unacceptable! I am so late for work. We pay so much for this service, for what really? I am so beyond dissapointed and frustrated !!!
