Horrible Gautrain Bus service

Today I am still waiting for the Gautrain his to come and pick us up for an hour and a half. This is unacceptable. Waiting in Midrand, Randjespark Stop No. 13.

Gautrain bus customer service is horrible and unacceptable and an inconvienence.
