Gunpoint ******* at gautrain station

I started using gautrain at the beginning of last year. I found it fast safe n convienant at first. Until the 19th of July when i was ****** at gun point at the gautrain station in rhodesfield parking lot. Not a single security guard was insight. They were all inside. After my horrible ordeal i asked for a manager to report what at happened and to atleast call a family member as my phone was taken, to my shock the manager told me they cant make external calls with the phone and he also added that ******ies are a common thing in Rhodesfield station and there's nothing they can do abt it. I had to drive home as traumatized as i was. I am so traumatized and paranoid after that ordeal. As a client i feel gautrain should of assisted someone its so sad how they value clients money and not clients themselves.
