Get Sick on the train at your own peril
Hi
I had a terrible experience where a patient who could not breath on the train stayed at the station for over 26 minutes with the security guards watching, they did not offer any sort of assistance and when someone came, it was a customer service lady(why would a customer service lady come yet she has no clue on first aid) then she went to get a lady that helped but could not do much because there are no first aid stuff at the station
for a big organisation like this i find it very very very disturbing to say but the least. The least they could have done is at least call 911 or the police present as they are trained on first aid.
can you imagine if the situation went south......
i am very disturbed by today's events at the station.
I wrote a few weeks back praising the centurion station but today's turn of events at Marlboro was just pathetic.
The girl's sister traveled all the way from Jorbug to Marlboro and all the help we had received was to tell the girl to breathe, not even a glass of water that would even help in regulating the breathing.
