Gautrrain

I purchased a weekly train ticket to commute between Hatfield and Park station. Due to unforeseen circumstances, i only usedthe ticket one day. I enquired if i can get a refund. Fortunately i could. I went to Hatfield station to do the neccassary. There i was informed it would take 7-14 days to be refunded. Needless to say its day 23 today! NO REFUND has happened. i find this highly unexceptable and very annoying!!!!!
