Gautrain unacceptable standards

The Gautrain in the afternoon is a nightmare. Not only are there too many people on the 4 car train (with much pushing and squashing), but today was about the third time the aircon was not on! In a train packed with people and no aircon, I felt like I was suffocating. I had to fan myself all the way from Sadton to Centurion. This is really unacceptable. I understand that extending the trains to 8 car trains will take time, but at least make sure we can breathe while we ride squashed.
