Gautrain took my money!

Purchased an Gautrain card and trip on the self-help machine in Sandton and the machine cancelled my transaction. My money was debited, none of the staff was willing to help was told it will be debited back into my account. I have heard from other commutters that this is untrue it never gets debited. Had to spend some more money to buy again and got dismissed like a child
