Gautrain Theft From Customers

Please be aware if your card expires after 3yrs (Covid impact in my case) then any monies in your card is claimed by Gautrain. I lost R1010 which they will not reimburse…not sure this has legal standing but DO NOT BUY A CARD. Use your credit card instead……
