Gautrain The worst Service of the Year!!!!

They have the worst customer service ever, they do not realize that we are giving them business and making them still have jobs. I put money on my card at the payment point at Rosebank Station, but due to their machine not functioning properly my now was not allocated to the Card, the rude supervisor by the name Mpho and the assistant Mduduzi thought I was stupid and told me the card was not readable, whose fault was it, I was stuck there for an 30 mins trying to find another money to be able to go home, I am so angry and frustrated. what makes it worse is two days before I asked the other lady at the same station to sell me another card she also rudely responded and said there was nothing wrong with my card, which was not being able to be read by their system. I wonder their criteria when employing or these people that don't want to work.
