Gautrain student card

We have been trying to get a student card for my daughter as she is travelling to the University everyday and no one can help us. We must have registered like 5 times already and every time we go there to collect the card, they say she did not register and she must try in 6 weeks again.... Seriously, why would I even recommend the Gautrain to anyone.... Useless to say the least.
