Gautrain Stole my money ..

My card is expiring so I went onto the Gautrain website to claim the remaining balance on the card. My claim was rejected with a comment that I have not used the card in over 3 years when I in fact still used it this year .... The cash balance that was on my card has now disappeared !!!!
