Gautrain steels Deaf learners money

<p>I am a very very unhappy person of a deaf learner. How can a cashier at the gautrain station decide to put a 35 day pass to. My child goes to school in Rosebank so she travles from Rhodesfield station to Rosebank where her school is situated. So on the 27 of July she went with R1385. 00 to the station and a note to say where she needs to go to but without any note or suggestion that the payments increesed they decided that it will be good for her to ride to Sandton and not to Rosebank. Now my daughter has to miss school and her education for someone who thought that its best to take the moneys and do what they want. How aware is these people that not everyone can and is the same. </p> <p>Now i have filled in a form for the refund and they make as if ts my fault that this happened and I need to now again buy a new freaking ticket which cosy me again money. WHAT DO THEY THINK DOES MONEY GROWS ON TREES? </p> <p> </p> <p>Very un happy parent </p>
