Gautrain *****ing My Money MXM!!

I actually want to put 0 stars! Gautrain online service is useless they really need to get with the times and upgrade because I couldn't even go to work toaday as they are busy *****ing money from me. I have loaded money on my card this morning and the amount has been pending off my bank account all day but no reflection on my GauCard. Made a claim and I have to wait 2 whole weeks while they hold my cash and on top of it all I must pay admin fees for their incompetence ***!!! Also a few days ago I reloaded and the transaction went through on my bank account and on the gautrain app it said the transaction was successful but did not reflect on the card (was embarrassed tagging into the bus and had to turn back like a fool) I had to reload again and wait another 30 mins in the freezing cold and dangerous streets of JHB CBD it went through second time but money went off my account 2wice! Didn't even get my money back for the 1st transaction that didnt reflect on my GauCard! #PAY BACK MY MONEY!!
