Gautrain "*****ing" money from Public on expired cards

I have a Gold card that is more than 3 years old with R270.00 credit on it. Yet Gautrain tells me that I have to forfeit MY money because it has expired. I have never received any notification from them at all! If they do this with all their clients, they can make a fortune "*****ing" money from the public. What a WIN! Surely this is *******!
