Gautrain *****ing Clients Money Stalling REFUND of Cash Purchases for 2 weeks

I filled in a refund form, had to take a bank statement with and my ID to the Bosman Street Station on 29 January 2021 - this was a cash purchase of R2700+ and my refund was supposed to be paid back in 5 working days it is a WHOLE 6 DAYS later I keep phoning and they tell me they will follow up with finance and call me no one calls me I emailed yesterday at least Innocent phoned me back but he is telling me my refund is NOT PAID I want my money back IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!!!!!!
