Gautrain staff do not communicate with each other

Disgusting service from the Gautrain today. Second time it happens when I have something extremely important to attend. Pathetic. Your staff did not communicate with each other to let us know that the train will not be coming to platform B today. So unprofessional. My trip is now delayed by an hour, an my meeting was an hour. Pathetic, pathetic, pathetic. Do not recommend this service at all. They are becoming more and more like the Metrorail.
