Gautrain Shuttle service route

<p>This is ridiculous, i dont know whytheres a route and hus stops if the shuttles are not going to follow them whether there is traffic or not the route needs to be followed or else there just must not be one. Im highly annoyed at the fact that i had to wait for almost an hour for a shuttle where as 1 is suppose to come by every 20min. This not being the first occurance, i had taken it upon myself to have a copy of the timetable on my phone and it pains me to think that i got left by 2/3 shuttles. RIDICULOUS!!!</p>
