Gautrain service in decline

Hatfield station has become a chaotic mess. Cars park and stop where they want. No one uses the correct drop off. They are allowed to double park which not only blocks street traffic but blocks cars trying to exit the parking. In the past there where always Gautrain attendants to prevent this but they are noticeably absent lately.
