Gautrain Security are great

I left my laptop bag on the train when I got off at Marlborough on the 09/02/2024, and as my next train came in realised it. I went back to the security woman on the platform who took me to the security woman at the gates. She contacted the security on the train (I assume), and the gentleman confirmed he had my bag. When the train came back to Marlborough a security man came down with it. I know they were just 'doing their job', but they did it so well with empathy. A huge thank you to them.
