Gautrain Sale ticket-Jhb Park

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from the staff at the sales ticket office in Johannesburg Park. On the 20th of August, around 4 PM, I was wrongly accused of tailgating, despite there being no evidence to support this claim. The staff member immediately threatened me with a R260 fine without listening to what I had to say. I have been using Gautrain since 2014, and my experiences have consistently shown that the staff lack customer care. They rarely treat passengers with respect and tend to be defensive whenever an issue arises. Gautrain has not taken responsibility for possible malfunctions when my card was scanned upon entry.
