Gautrain - Rosebank Staff

I take the Gautrain every morning and evening and have had no problems. This morning just before 08:00 I tag out at Rosebank station and the gates open, as I take one step to let myself out the door closes in my face hitting my chick bone on the right hand side and all I got from 2 security guards when this thing eventually goes back to open for me is "GO SISI GO" with smiles on their faces while they see me holding my chick - like really, I can still feel pain on my chick and I think that was very uncalled for and inhuman. Not happy at all about this.
