GAUTRAIN RODSFIELD ****PY SERVICE PAY TWICE FOR THEIR MISTAKE

I have paid twice for our travels on Saturday that was past the gentleman said to me ot will be refunded to me with in 4hours and if not I must come back after we have traveled when I came back to here where is my refund with all my slip the person said to me no the refund will be done within in 24hours which I still not received yet and still has the obesity to tell me of its not in by 24hours I must print a bankstatement and bring to them to show I have paid twice for them to only refund me then. Was very very inconvenient because I need that money back and still today nothing. Gautrain of Rodsfield won't see me again very soon.
