Gautrain robbbery with parking

Gautrain advertised their parking as R1 for the travis scott concert. They charged me R135 for the parking. I emailed them and did everything they told me to do. They still didnt refund me. The dont answer my emails or dm on social media. Its been 15 days and they cannot even answer wether the refund is in process or will not be refunded.
