Gautrain Queenswood Midibus just not pitching ... ????

I have been walking down the road that the bus travels in since 7:20 this morning. The bus is scheduled to be at stop QHS1-6 at 7:25. It is now 7:37. No sign of the bus. I start work at 8:00 so I need to take this bus to be at work on time. The next bus is scheduled to be here at 7:58, meaning that I will be late for work because of the Gautrain bus not being at the indicated station at the indicated time. Please advise why Gautrain busses are not following the schedule and time for it’s routes. This can have serious negative consequences for commuters who need to report to work and are late as a result of Gautrain transportation not being on time ... or even worse - just not pitching. This is the message I typed on the Gautrain complaints page after selecting each applicable dropdown ... only to find that there is no submit button. Should I laugh, scream or cry? It has happened on several occasions that I missed this bus ... and subsequently was late for work.
