Today evening have been delayed for the reasons I did not know a rude lady in the counter had no respect,dignity, integrity, bad attitude and very rude working in the fore front desk and not so egar to assist a long forming line knowing fairly well that she is working alone. She had a very strong unsenseless experience with attending to my query yet she demanded me to get to the office. But when I got there she was throwing tempertrums at me shaming me a this I am the mother in front of her with a problem of a gate and displaying a very bad attitude. This kind of behaviour won't be tolerable for us or she though I am no body but she did not care of the time she waisted talking to be colleagues who were knocking off with us standing for her do do her job she app**** for? I was very evoked by such bad attitude had to be firm with her as she instructed me to sign to a book & not explaining why? Is this what we are paying for ? We are customers & we do not deserve Bad Rude Attitude!
