Gautrain poor bus service from Randburg to Sandton

the Gautrain bus service from Randburg to Sandton is poor in the morning. Twice the Gautrain bus from Randburg to Sandton has broken down, the buses struggle to climb the hill getting into Sandton. It seems as if the buses are not well serviced. The drive told us this morning at 7am to get off the bus as it has broken down. this is such poor service
