Gautrain Policies

Good day

I'm so disappointed within the Gautrain group , I can't believe they are so cold hearted , as per rules of the Gautrain we are not supposed to eat or drink within the train and inside the station, today as I'm getting into the train , I get a sudden cough and the cough is starting to chock me so I need some liquid, I grab my water bottle and the security approaches me , him seeing how my eyes are watering how I'm coughing numerous times he still tells me I can't drink anything so what the Gautrain and the employee's is telling me is I should die and chock before I can drink a drop of water.

Please review your policies and be mindful of your customers .

I give you a 1 star and I'm going to take this forward to my lawyers really not impressed.
