Gautrain parking horrible

I’ve been querying the same thing over and over again at the Rhodesfield Gautrain Station…why is the allocated parking when you pay for parking? I’ve never paid for parking under any circumstances than be told I can’t park here I must park there. When I asked the security manger his response was “it’s easier to oversee cars if we allocate parking so it needs to fill up before we open other bays” I drive in a day later cars are parked anywhere with no security being persistent about having to park in this bay or that one (I have timestamped pictures) that show that this explanation actually was just to make things convenient for them and has no correlation with ease of watch. Today I try to drive in and bay is baracaded so I go to another bay move the cone to park because you barcading entrances the security is not indicating where to park and I get threatened to have my car clamped. I ask them why are entrances baracaded response “because we have allocated parking for high risk cars so all the high risk cars need to park here” which is a lie cause I have parked my car in other lots that were open and it’s a high risk car

I don’t get why I have to be late for work addressing the security managers (Allie and Tryphina) where they make up reasons as they go because they deem them convenient for themselves, if it’s paid parking unless that specific lot is full I don’t understand why I need to be allocated parking if the reasoning made sense I would have let the matter go apologized and did as asked but they don’t
