Gautrain Park Leaving Passengers Destitute & In Harms Way

I took the train from Midrand to Park, upon arrival I requested bold on the Wolmarans street entrance. My driver arrived and as I was about to enter the vehicle I was told that I cannot take a Bolt there and need to go and request from the Rissik Robots.

This took place in front of the securities and they did not do anything, I enquired why the e-hailing service could not pick me from from from the ba*****t parking as that was previously the case. I was informed that an agreement was reached between metered taxi's and e-hailing services that pickup's will only take place at the Robots of Rissik.

I was a female traveling alone in the late evening, what about my security?

Why allow the station to operate until late if you are going to leave us stranded in a high crime zone?
