Gautrain Over charging

I’m currently being exploited by Gautrain also experiencing one of the worst experiences of customer services. I was triple charged on my person bank card also paying for the trip on my gautrain swift card . I submitted a refund claim with proof of banking statements which they requested for them to decline the refund on they system before actually submitting the proof. Emails are not being responded No communication for they side
