Gautrain online payment system an embarrassment

Their online system is an embarrassment and does not work. I bought a weekly trip from Hatfield to Sandton and when I wanted to tag to use the product I bought they didnt allow me. It says pending on my online profile and it has been a HUGE struggle to get someone to assist and correct this. It is ******** to take a persons money and not give the product we have paid for in return. I just want to warn people out there DO NOT use this online system as it does not work!
