Gautrain - My query no. 11681

I logged a query on one of my old Gautrain cards with the Gautrain Call Centre. They responded within 48 hours. I consider this very good and above the norm, as business in South Africa can take many days before they respond to any queries, if at all. They were brief and to the point and answered my query in a most professional manner.
