Gautrain Midibus service

Was told by someone who handles Gautrain bus complaints to get off a few metres before my office. Also asked them(Complaints person), if there are not plans to change their stop/pick up schedule since they have had that one(God knows since when) because now,there is more clients from other offices within their travel zone and could not be provided an answer, instead, i received an email saying my query has been closed. So thank you for not handling my query......
