Gautrain ****** me of 5 trips

I bought Gautrain 10 trips (weekly product) for 4 trips per week because I go to the office twice per week. I only used 5 trips and today when I go to the station in Centurion I found them expired. The rule is that they only expire if not used for 7 days. The ****** got me and it is not right
