Gautrain just as bad as metrorail,poor service rude reps no refund

<p>On the 04th of July 2017 I loaded R100 on my Gautrain card numbered: ********** 477 ,the transaction failed to my card but the money was deducted from my card.So the attendant advised me that it will automatically reverse back to the card in 2 days,but if it doesnt I need to come back to the station and complete a refund form-which I did and provided them with a statement showing that I was not refunded.Since then I have had no correspondence-so today I took my receipt to the gautrain station and some rude lady with light eyes at the counter ignores me for about 7 mins,tries to call a supervisor who doesnt show up then shuns me away to help someone else as if I'm begging for money from the Gautrain station-I am so annoyed-can I just have what is due to me please-wont use your ****py train anymore.</p>
