Gautrain is run by stupid people

How can an establishment that charges so much for a single trip have such bad service? Is this a management issue or are the people making the decisions just really stupid? Guys, it's been 8 years, GET MORE STAFF WORKING AT YOUR PAY STATION! It is absolutely sickening how long people have to wait. I'm 45 minutes late for work already and not even half way through the queue. Don't understand how you function. We pay up to R154 for a return trip A DAY, yet you can't afford to put a few more reload machines behind the access gate? Absolutely ridiculous. I would hate to be a tourist coming here. Make a plan guys, you charge way too much for this disappointment.
