Gautrain is failing to refund me MY money after mu

At the beginning of the month after loading over R3 000.00 on my Gautrain Gold Card, the card broke accidentally.<br> <br> I was told to fill in forms and submit for a refund. Which was done over 2 weeks ago.<br> <br> I am still waiting for my refund EVEN after I was promised the full refund will be in my account in 7 - 14 days.<br> <br> What the hell am I supposed to do now that my extra money has run out Gautrain?<br> How do you suggest I get to work for the rest of the month?<br> <br> Do what you promised and pay me back my money...
