Gautrain is a ****

This is worse than any other public transport any chance they get they exploit people’s money. I loaded trips on my card for a week and I was left with 1 trip for returning home but when I tagged in after work the card used my pay-as-you-go money. I asked customer care to check where my trip is and they didn’t check the times I load they said it’s gone even if they check the times it won’t help because it’s gone if it says it will be gone on a specific day it gets take on the time it was loaded. What ****ming system is this of taking trips before 12 midnight on that day and counting hours but you can’t offer customers discount when you trains are always stuck and having delays and not even insurance those going to the airport. I asked customer care what happens now because I don’t have money to tag out and they said I can’t leave the station without loading.
