Gautrain Incompetency

I was wrongfully charged a penalty fee of R200 three times (total of R600) for alleged incorrect usage of my bank card when tapping in and out of the desired stations. I complained numerous times and have had no luck in receiving a response. This matter has been ongoing for 2 or more weeks and I would deeply appreciate the money back to me.
