Gautrain Incompetence and lack of staff training

Gautrain is really horrible and a company and they are not even trying to improve on basic matters. The staff is also not equipped enough to deal the issues presented. Why introduce a contactless system if it won’t work properly. I had to wait until the system was online to tap out and go home because their system was offline and nobody in the ****** building could help me. And the other issues such as slow trains and lines not working yet it’s ****** increased yearly. Teach your staff some customer care and how to resolve issues on time. Now I have to drive home late because of nonsense!!!!
