Gautrain Horror

i was booked off sick and had 4 trips left on my card, i inquired this at the station and was informed unfortunately i would be able to get it back tough Sh@@ as they said to me however if i could provide a Dr's note they would refund my 4 trips. i logged a service request as per the consultant i spoke to on the phone from customer service. i did this and received an email confirming this 2 weeks after i logged the request. i was informed to provide the necessary documentation and the refund would take place immediately, to my shock and frustrating surprise this morning i arrived at the station at 05:20am this morning gave the documents to the woman at the counter who then informed me that i needed a stamped bank copy of which i had on my phone and a hard copy of my ID copy which i provided she said the electronic copies were not good enough....so i waited in Hatfield from 05:20am to 08:00am for the bank to open of which i received the documents and returned to the station where i was then informed i would receive the refund within 7 working days which was not the information i revecied from the agent i spoke to on the phone ... i had to walk all the way back to the bank to release funds from my savings to purchase a new card as per Ndivhuwo after which i am already 3 hours late for work ... get back to the station and the EFT machine is not working whereby i tried to use the self help terminals ... i arrived at work 4 hours later missed a meeting and was verbally reprimanded due to the above .... the service totally sucks ... the buses are always late the security guards always harassing a person trains late and stucking got a person paying R2900.00 per month for convenience that is not even the case ... i feel like a victim because i have seen a refund take place before but the person was a white male and he never experienced what i did must be because I'm a Colored female that looks 16 years old that i was treated this way and there are several other occasion where i have been Victim to other incident as well but keep silent .... i am utterly applaud for how i was treated and what i had to go through this morning and feel like if this is not answered and corrected i will take it further ... Gautrain is worse than Metro rail just more expensive >>>>>>
